We've all done it. You've been sitting at the park, in the backyard or anywhere outdoors for half an hour and suddenly it occurs to you that the kids need sunscreen on. The time to apply sunscreen is BEFORE you're going to be exposed to the sun, 15 minutes before to be exact.
